Certificate in Accounting Technicial (CAT)

Some of the people already known about Certificate in Accounting Technician (CAT).
But I post this one for people who want to study in Singpore for CAT.

CAT is higher than LCCI & lower than ACCA.
Total 9 papers need to finish to get certificate.
If you have already finished LCCI till level 3, you propably can get 4 subjects exemption.
Basic 2 subjects & Intermediate 2 subjects.
So just need to finish Avance 5 paper.

If do not have any account background & no accounting cert need to start from basic level.
That is roughtly idea of CAT

In Singapore there are a lot of schools who providing service for CAT.
There are 3 famous school.

FTC (http://www.ftckaplan.com.sg/)

FTMS (http://www.ftmsglobal.com/)

SAA(http://www.saa.org.sg/)


Need to be a member of ACCA to sit for CAT exam.
Other than that people who ever want to study CAT & ACCA in Singapore need to be the memeber of the ICPAS (http://icpas.org.sg/).

After finish all the 9 subjects at CAT, can directly join to ACCA level 2.
